Therefore, product descriptions must be smart, concise, clear, and cater to the impatient customer who wants to know the key points without wasting time or effort.

The first sentence of the description must convey the core idea: What does the product do? What makes it unique? Avoid introductions or flowery language. The impatient customer doesn't want a "product history"… they want to know immediately why it's right for them.

Long sentences confuse the customer and cause them to get bored quickly. It's best to adopt a direct style, short sentences, and simple words. Give the customer quick answers without extra details they don't need to know at the outset.

The human eye reacts to bullet points faster than paragraphs. Therefore, the best way to present essential information is in the form of short bullet points:
Size, Use, Benefits, Material, Duration of Use… Quick bullet points save the customer time and encourage them to continue reading without even realizing it.

Instead of saying, “Made from high-quality material,” say, “The material is durable for daily use and doesn’t wear out quickly.”

A customer in a hurry wants to know the benefits directly, not technical details they don’t care to read.

Having a “brief summary” at the top of the description section is helpful for customers who don’t read much. A sentence or two that gives them the general idea makes them feel they fully understand the product without having to scroll down.

Highlighting key words helps the customer grasp the information quickly:

For example: “Waterproof,” “Lightweight,” “Fast Delivery,” “One-Year Warranty.”

A customer in a hurry will see these words and decide faster without having to delve into the entire text.

In Saudi Arabia, customers are comfortable with simple descriptions that feel familiar and natural. Using everyday words or a light style helps the customer understand faster and engage with the product without the text feeling formal and heavy.

Brevity is important, but it needs to be clever. Don't omit details like size, materials, usage policy, or operating instructions… This is essential information that prevents the customer from asking questions or feeling confused. The goal is for the description to be “quick,” not incomplete.

Writing a description that caters to the customer in a hurry is an essential skill for any store in Saudi Arabia. The smarter, clearer, more concise, and more focused the description is on the benefits, the more likely the customer is to complete the purchase without hesitation or wasting time.
