1- The easy platform seeks to maintain the confidentiality of the information of the platform users, and since the privacy policy of merchants or stores will not violate the provisions of the usage agreement or the privacy policy and confidentiality of information. However, since this cannot be guaranteed 100% in (internet space), the Sahl platform team notes the following: :

• The easy platform seeks to preserve all information about the stores and not to be seen by anyone in violation of the policy applicable in the easy platform.
• The easy platform works to protect the information of merchants and stores according to high-quality electronic and technical protection systems that are continuously and periodically updated.
• However, since the Internet cannot be 100% guaranteed due to the penetration or viruses that may occur on the electronic protection systems and on the firewalls applied in the Sahl platform, the Sahl platform advises merchants to keep their information strictly confidential, and not to disclose any information that the merchant deems very important. To him, and this is the concern of the Sahl platform to protect, guide and guide merchants and stores.
• User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of or access to it.
• Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retaliation) of any Sahl Platform customer, Sahl platform employee, member or administrator will result in immediate account termination.

Strategic and logistical services (third party services) :

1. • When your current subscription expires, if you do not successfully pay for a new annual subscription, the subscription will not automatically renew.
• The merchant can cancel his account at any time by contacting the support team.
• Sahl Platform shall not be liable to the user or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service by the merchant.

Limitations and Responsibilities:

This is an agreement for services, and accordingly the merchant undertakes not to do, directly or indirectly, the following:

• Perform reverse engineering or decompilation of the company's codes or codes.
• Attempting to discover the code or source codes, code or codes of software objects, the infrastructure of the Services, the ideas used, the algorithms or services underlying or included in the Services, or any programs, software, documents or data related to the Services. • The first party is obligated to hand over the control panel designed by it to the second party to add and modify the content and control the application, and the work is fully delivered within the agreed period, a working week for the site and a working week for uploading the applications on their respective platforms. The second party saw a live example of the store and tried it well and accepted it and its characteristics as an electronic solution for it.
• The second party has the right to benefit from the store as it deems appropriate, and it has absolute freedom in that .. Where the intellectual property of the store belongs to the second party, and the materials and content of the store are the responsibility of the second party, and the first party does not bear any legal responsibility for it in any way.
• Each of the two parties undertakes to maintain the absolute confidentiality of the financial and technical information and other information that may reach him in his capacity as a party to this contract.
• The application is uploaded to the Google Play account and to the customer’s Apple store account, which the second party creates in his name and pays the fees for creating the Google Play and Apple Store account from his visa and sends the account details to the first party, then after that the first party uploads the applications to them.
• The first party is not responsible or bound by the subscriptions, terms, or credits of any third party (such as the SMS company, the online payment gateway, the SSL certificate, or the connection with any API of any shipping or delivery company, or the API of any third party ) And also not responsible for the timings of these parties.
